The rundown...Friday June 6 - a scary moment. I started spotting on Thursday and had mentioned it to the doctor and then it became worse on Friday. They worked me in for an ultrasound to make sure everything was ok and it was. I just overdid it with cleaning and packing before our trip. There was a moment when I started crying after having spent the entire afternoon worrying, trying not to worry, talking to doctors, etc. when not only did I hear my baby's heartbeat but the first thing I see is the baby kicking me, one leg after another. It was the best sight ever...not to mention that I have proof that our kid has started kicking me already :)

Relaxation was the order which was perfect timing considering I spent the week lounging around Florida. I soaked up a little sun, ate a bunch of ice cream and seafood, and did a lot of shopping.
I have also retired all of my pants...sigh. The transition has been made from my clothes to maternity clothes which is fabulous because it is much more comfortable! It's always fun shopping with Mom and spending money :)

Yesterday was Father's Day and the dogs and I gave Daniel his cards. Ella delivered the card to Daddy. She had the card in the mouth prancing around with her tail just a waggin and took it straight to him. She's such a mess.
We had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse and came home and brushed the dog's teeth for the first time. It was quite humorous.
