At our appointment this morning the doctor said I was dilated to 4cm and about 80% effaced. She also said McKenzie doesn't have a lot of hair...more peach fuzz. We are getting closer. I opted not to have my membranes stripped since Dr. Stewart told me they wouldn't let me go a week past my due date...which is Monday the 29th. Since I'm dilated and effaced so much they would go ahead and help labor along starting Monday if I hadn't gone before then. I told McKenzie she had one of two options: she could come of her own free will or I'll choose to have her out...either way she was coming out LOL. After having left the doctor's office this morning I've been having contractions all day. I'm praying that they continue and I'll get to hold my little girl in my arms SOON :)
